Specification formulation of wire bonding drawing; 4. Input the product design information into the system to ensure the accuracy of the input information; 5. Address anomalies of production line; 6. Optimize the operation of PDM system, MES, JCOA system and drawing software, and increase dummy-proof and error-proof measures; 7. Organize and update BD operation specifications; 8.
